With our crash replacement service we offer you the possibility to replace, due to heavy accidents damaged ACROS components, to improved conditions. This service is only valid for the first owner and within the first two years. Please use the contact form and describe us briefly and concisely how the accident/damage happened. Afterwards our service department will get incontact with you and discuss the further procedures.

The CR-Service is only valid for damages which harm the functional capability (optical damages are excluded).The damages may not have been caused intentionally. In this case we reserve ourselves the right to put out the crash replacement. Besides, this service is not valid for products that have already been replaced due to guarantee.


On all ACROS products you have two-year guarantee, except on wearing parts. Wearing parts are: bearings, lubricants, oil, fat, hydraulic lines, springs and seals.
